     Katharine Begbie died in Dec 1781 Edinburgh, MLN, SCT.6 She was buried on 20 Dec 1781 Edinburgh, MLN, Begbie, Katherine, relict of Robert Runciman, gardener at Ormiston 20 Dec 1781 (not on SctP under R*N*M*N* or BEGBIE, KATH* dths.)6
Katharine may be related to James, weaver, a witness to the baptism of Thomas, son of Robert Runciman & Janet Sinclair, which Robert later marries Katharine Begbie; Also witness to 1722 baptism of Richard son of Robert and Catharine (Begbie.)7,8,1,9
